Newly promoted supervisors and company officers
Individuals moving into leadership roles for the first time often discover that having a title does not automatically create followership. This course provides practical leadership skills to earn trust, credibility, and influence, solving challenges related to new responsibilities and team dynamics.
Experienced leaders who feel stuck
Officers, managers, chiefs, business owners, and executives whose organizations are not reaching their potential will find this course invaluable. Maxwell describes leadership as the "lid" on effectiveness, meaning organizational performance is often limited by the leader's ability. This program helps overcome stagnation and unlocks new levels of organizational success.
Our unique approach: actionable leadership
