Terms and Conditions for In-Person Training Courses

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment (or approved purchase order, if applicable). Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the course start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Registration fees cover instruction, course materials, and applicable facility use, unless stated otherwise. Textbooks are not included unless specifically stated. Courses require a minimum number of confirmed participants to proceed. If the minimum enrollment is not met 30 days before the start date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course up to 30 days before the scheduled start date due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, registrants may choose to: Transfer their registration to a rescheduled or future course date, or receive a full refund of any payments made. The organizer is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses incurred by participants. Participant cancellations must be submitted in writing. More than 30 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Within 30 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued. Substitutions of attendees from the same organization are permitted at any time without penalty. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in course activities. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or unprofessional behavior without refund. The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the training, except in cases where such loss, injury, or damage is proven to have been caused by the organizer's negligence. Participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals (unless provided), and personal belongings. Certificates of completion (if applicable) will be issued only to participants who meet all attendance and performance requirements. By registering for the course, the participant (or their representative organization) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
