Battalion Chief Rob Morton, Program Lead, CFO, CTO
Rob Morton is an accomplished fire service leader with more than two decades of experience in emergency services. He currently serves as a Battalion Chief with a central Ohio fire department and is credentialed by the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and organizational leadership.
Throughout his career, Chief Morton has recognized that many leadership challenges stem from a lack of clarity, communication, and intentional development. Drawing on firsthand experience, he has implemented the principles presented in this program to develop stronger leaders, improve organizational performance, and foster cultures of accountability and trust. His practical approach equips participants with proven strategies they can immediately apply within their own organizations.
Chief Allen Scott, Program Co-Lead, OFE
Chief Allen Scott has dedicated more than 42 years to the fire service, culminating in his leadership of the Prairie Township Fire Department in Franklin County, Ohio. Throughout his distinguished career, he has earned a reputation for developing leaders, building high-performing organizations, and challenging individuals to reach their full potential.
Chief Scott believes the future of every organization is shaped by the quality of its leaders. Driven by a passion to strengthen the fire service, he challenges participants to ignite the leader within themselves, embrace greater accountability, and elevate the performance of those around them.
